Purpose
To ensure the Common Roof gardens, greenery and landscaping (both internal and external) are well maintained and embrace the values of being “green” and “environmentally friendly”.
Membership
Representatives from agencies within the common roof.
Role
- Review what currently exists
- Identify needs
- Review Bradford Greenhouse work plan to address the areas
Guidelines
- Meetings will be conducted in a manner that facilitates participation and discussion by all
- The Committee will meet monthly or as needed
Reporting
The Task Group will report back to the common roof Building Committee and Maintenance Department.
