Vision
Plan and Implement social activities for the employees of the Common Roof.
Mission
The Common Roof Social Committee plans activities for all emplyees of the Common Roof. Representation consists of at least one representative from each of the agencies in the building (Catulpa, CMHA/SOS, Childrens Treatment Network (CTN), and New Path. Each agency is responsible for any changes of representatives. This committee is accountable to the Partner Committee and provides monthly updates to the Building Committee.
Responsiblities
- Plan events
- Provide budgetary quotes to Partner Committee
- Implementation of events
Decision
Decisions will be made by consensus, of those present for committee meetings
Structure
The Chair will provide group communication and minutes. In the absence of the chair, members present at meetings will make decisions and take and distribute minutes of the meeting.
