Glen Newby

President and CEO

Glen has close to forty years of human service delivery experience in Ontario, Canada, twenty-five of which has been at the executive level. Glen has served on numerous community-based advisory groups and non-profit Boards that include service agencies, community planning organizations, ratepayer groups, and cottage associations. Glen serves on a number of advisory committees related to social entrepreneurship and social investment, and is the thought leader behind a variety of social tourism initiatives. Glen is a founding member of the unique, cross sector Coalition of Children, Youth and Family Services in Simcoe County. He has just recently retired from the Board of Directors of Children’s Mental Health Ontario (CMHO) where he served as President.

Glen is currently CEO of New Path Youth & Family Services, a multi service children’s mental health centre that serves the central east region of Ontario. Glen also serves as President and CEO of New Path Foundation, an organization which develops and manages various investments and social enterprise activities, including the Common Roof™. Glen has led the Common Roof™ model development since inception in 1995, and through New Path Foundation, has provided leadership in creating sustainable multi-tenant facilities for non-profit organizations in Ontario and elsewhere.

Glen is a long standing member of both SEAlliance and the NonProfitCenters Network.


Neville Twine

Vice President

Neville Twine is the Vice President of New Path Foundation and manager of the New Path Ventures social enterprise programs. As well, Neville oversees The Common Roof™, a multi tenant program which is located in southern Ontario, Canada.

Neville brings to New Path Foundation over 30 years of senior management experience in the charitable not for profit sector. As an effective way to respond to increasing service demands with diminishing revenues, he has successfully utilized many social enterprise models to address social policy issues at the implementation level.

Well known as a respected presenter and facilitator, Neville brings his social enterprise experience and extensive knowledge in the social services field to the human services sector. Success in these social enterprise endeavors is supported by his marketing expertise and effective utilization of business planning.
